• Full patio is a requirement
• Highway location or major retail corridor such as a Regional Mall
• Excellent visibility
• Excellent site ingress and egress with traffic signal preferred
• Free standing pad sites or hard corner end cap (If an end cap it should preferably be an anchor such as Home Depot, movie theater or regional mall)
• Both conversion and ground up opportunities considered.
